He is survived by: his wife Betsy Allen Looney Stiltner of Vansant, VA; his son Joe "Joey" Orr (Polly) of Floyd, VA; his siblings, Helen Looney of Grundy, VA and Ralph Stiltner of Grundy, VA.; and his grandchildren, Alex Norman, Jared Norman, Aaron Orr, Kayla Orr, Glenn Orr and Dish Orr.
