Vernon, OH.; her brother Ronald Arwood (Ruby) of Wardell, VA.; her great grandchild Colton Leonard of Lebanon, VA; and her stepgrandchildren, Taylor Looney of Centerburg, OH and Erin Roberts (Scott) of Lasage, WV..

Toby Ann Looney requested no flowers but that donations be made to Vansant Church of Christ and Vansant Presbyterian Church in her name.
