He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie W. Deel and Beulah Mullins Deel; his son Tobby Allen Deel, Jr.; and his brother Roger Deel. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Owens Deel of Vansant, VA; his daughters, Tanya Clevinger (Tim) of Vansant, VA and Tara Looney (Aaron) of Grundy, VA; his siblings, Sandra Kay Charles of Vansant, VA, Billy Deel (Joann) of Vansant, VA., Jerry Deel of Vansant, VA. and Dean Deel of Vansant, VA.; and his grandchildren, Savannah Clevinger, Wade Clevinger, Isabella Looney and Elijah Looney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
