He is survived by: his wife Marian Annette Proctor Looney; his children, Stacey Nicole Looney of Vansant, VA, Jessica "Jessi" Katelyn Looney of Vansant, VA, Jarod Nathaniel Looney (Heather) of Grundy, VA and Tyler Reid Looney (Mary) of Lebanon, VA; his siblings, Sue Yates of Vansant, VA, Missy Owens (Sammy) of Vansant, VA, Harold Gene Looney (Evelyn) of Vansant, VA and Gordon "Corkey" Looney (Sharon) of Abingdon, VA.; and his grandchildren, Reid Alexander Looney, Emalynn Sophia Looney and Nash Reid Looney.
