He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl R. Fletcher and Junilee Fletcher (Potter); and his siblings, Myra Jane Fletcher and Teddy Bruce Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Robin Fletcher (Owens) of Vansant, VA; his daughter Amanda Childress (Scott); and his siblings, Earla Stacey, Linda Farmer (Raymond) and Mikeal Fletcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
