She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wade Kelly and Donna Breece Kelly; her husband Elmer Russell Stacy; and her half-siblings, Sandy Moore and Freddy Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Rutherford (Buddy) of Franklin, KY, Kristi Rose (David) of Haysi, VA, Michelle Stacy of Bristol, TN and Brian Stacy (Pam) of Vansant, VA; her brother Terry Kelly of Meeker, OH; her sister-in-law Lydia Looney of Grundy, VA.; her granddaughter Lakin Stacy; her great grandchild Azaiah Stacy; her friend Trudy Borland Deem; and her pet Amelia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
