She was predeceased by: her parents, Uless Velmer and Edith Virginia Kinser (Dotson); and her siblings, Jennifer Lynn Street, Judy Looney, Bill Kinser, Fred Kinser and Rick Kinser.
She is survived by: her children, Jared Scott Owens (Leslie Delk) and Jennifer Conaway; her brother Gerald Kinser (Melissa); her granddaughters, Kadence Deel and Hazel Owens; and her boyfriend Jessie Spencer.
