He is survived by: his mother Ruby Charles Looney; his wife Desertrae Sara Lepage Looney of Vansant, VA; his children, Jordyn Looney of Vansant, VA, Bradley Looney (Savannah) of Alexandria, VA, Logan of Vansant, VA and Daniel Looney of Vansant, VA; his siblings, Barbara Shortt of Raven, VA, Eddie Looney (Jackie) of Vansant, VA, Kenneth Looney (April) of Birchleaf, VA, Kevin Looney (Sheri) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Matthew Looney (Shonda) of Grundy, VA.; and his grandchildren, Ollie Barnes, Annie Mullins, Iris Looney and Christian Looney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
