She was predeceased by: her parents, Trinkle O'Quinn and Estella O'Quinn (Deel); and her grandson Eli Bullock. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebekah Slone of Pikeville, KY and Amanda Bullock (Shannon) of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, Ezra Bullock, Elah Bullock and Elam Bullock; her former husband Stephen Slone; her siblings, Michael O'Quinn, Darrel O'Quinn, Randy O'Quinn and Laura O'Quinn; and her close friend Jamie Houston Bailey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
