He is survived by: his wife Elaine Osborne (Smith) of Vansant, VA; his children, Randy Osborne (Tonya) of Grundy, VA and Kelly T. Stacy (Ricky) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Skyler Osborne, Rob Stacy, Lauren Stacy and Maranda Lawrence; his brother Fred Osborne; and his caregivers, Charlotte Thomas, Kathy Osborne and Renea Childress. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
