He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Viers and Eula Clevinger Viers; and his wife Vicki Raines Viers of Vansant, VA.. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Bowman (Jody) of Vansant, VA and Kelly Jo Lowery (Bob) of Vansant, VA; his grandson Dylan Lowery (Valerie) of Vansant, VA; his siblings, Linda Lou Owens (Ronnie) of Vansant, VA, Janet Yates (Ralph) of Vansant, VA, Jill Matney (Jarrod) of Vansant, VA and Tony Viers (Tami) of Vansant, VA; and his sister-in-law Kim Owens (Blane) of Vansant, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
