She was predeceased by: her parents, William Looney and Margie Coleman Looney; her husband William Edward Stiltner; her children, Tina Gwen Stiltner, Zed and Timmy; her sisters, Shirley Fuller, Sandra Mullins, Gayle Charles and Hilda; and her grandson Jerry Allen Elswick, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Joseph Orr (Polly) of Willis, VA; her sisters, Wanda Jackson (Jackie) of Bea, VA, Georgie Arnold, Katie Peck and Terri Ankney; her grandchildren, Steven Alex Norman, Jared Edward Norman, Aaron Orr, Kayla Lynn, Brian Wade, Disharoom Orr and Glenn Orr; and her close friend Donita Orr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM.
