She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferel Coleman and Rosa Blankenship Coleman; her husband Kelly Harold Elswick; her son Paul Elswick; her grandchildren, Jason, Codey Elswick and Jessica Elswick; and her siblings, Joan Tiller, Nola Skeens, Georgia Boyd, Richard Coleman, Harold "Bear" Coleman, Josh Coleman, James Robert Coleman and Fred Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Hunt (Ellis) of Vansant, VA, Tim Elswick (Jennifer) of Grundy, VA, David Elswick (Pam) of Tazewell, VA and Brian Elswick (Angel) of Bluefield, WV; her sisters, Sylvia Frank (Ronnie) of Christiansburg, VA, Grathel Frank of Abingdon, VA, Peggy Vandyke (Bayne) of Abingdon, VA, Regenia Church (Jeff) of Abingdon, VA and Brenda Coleman of Abingdon, VA.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Hunt, Austin Hunt and Whitney Elswick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
