She is survived by: her fiancé Greg Cook of Vansant, VA; her children, Amy Potter (Derrick) of Meadow Bridge, WV, Tara Cloud (John) of Georgetown, KY and William Isaac "Bub" Elswick of Vansant, VA; her stepchildren, Summer Rose Hammonds of Oakwood, VA and Cody Raymond Cook of Council, VA; her siblings, Evon Clevinger (Vernal) of Vansant, VA, Evette Hagy (Jerry) of Council, VA, Loretta Elswick of Richlands, VA, Irene Lane of Garden Creek, VA, Lorene "Billie" Ashby of Richlands, VA, Curtis Elswick (Myra) of Dandridge, TN, Arthur Elswick (Cathy) of Hebron, IL, Tony Elswick (Vivian) of Dandridge, TN and Bradley Elswick of Richlands, VA.; and her grandchildren, Isaac Young, Emma Davis, Lucca Potter, Aubree Hurt and Tatum Potter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
