He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Joseph and Irene Bertrand Gagne; and his siblings, Sheila Ann Dube and Gary James Gagne. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne St; his daughter Jamie Gagne Palizzi (Kevin); his grandchildren, Katelyn, Wyatt Peal of Wilmington, NC and Samantha Lee Gagne Pulley (Matt) of Disputanta, VA; his son Scott Adam Gagne (Amanda) of New Kent, VA; and his sister Muriel Gagne Meader (Robert) of Augusta, ME. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, friends and family may make memorial contributions in his name to Paralyzed Veterans of America-Mid Atlantic Chapter; 11620 Busy Street, North Chesterfield VA, 23236; in memory of Retired Colonel Bertrand Gagne.
