He was predeceased by: his brothers, William Allen Crowder and Curtis Ray Crowder. He is survived by: his wife Joyce S. "Joy" Crowder; his sons, Curtis Ray Crowder, Jr. (Nellie) and Christopher Todd Crowder (Sarah); his nieces, Catherine Crowder Weaver (Michael) and Elizabeth Paige Crowder; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ray, Khi, Riley, Nadia, Ryan and Freya. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Memorial contributions may be made to Urbanna Fire Department, Middlesex Volunteer Rescue Squad, Urbanna Baptist Church or Gloucester/Mathews Humane Society.
