Kellar (Stacey), Helen M. Kellar and C. Patrick Kellar (Suzie); his wife Cindy Miles Kellar; his children, Rachel E. Kellar Follin and David H. Kellar, Jr.; his stepgrandson Tyler; and also, Emily, Aiden and Madison. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
