She is survived by: her former husband Theodore Dade, Sr.; her spouse Elizabeth Taylor; her children, Avis Jackson (Jim), Theodore Dade, Jr. (Linda) and Diane Jackson (Mike); her godson Raymond Howard, Jr.; her grandchildren, Brian (Ann), Derrick, Atoya (BJ), James (Jakieda), Adia (Verdice), Michelle, Sean (Jennifer), DeAndre, Dana and Deniesha; and her great grandchildren, Janet Reid, Carol Ambers, Ann Bland and Merley Robinson.
The pandemic deterred her in the last two years of her life from attending church services in person.
