Charlotte Arrissa (Rissy) Costello Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Arrissa “ Rissy” Costello Charlotte Arrissa “ Rissy” Costello, of Upperville, VA died February 24, 2016 at the age of 90. Born on May 3, 1925 in Virginia she was the daughter of the late Frank and Leora Singhas. Rissy was a lifetime member of Uppperville United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis Costello, two brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her son, Larry Denny Costello and wife Jane of Stephens City, VA; daughter, Donna Kay Lloyd and husband Larry of Upperville, VA; five grandchildren, Pamela, Gregory, Marc, Brian, and Christopher. Four great grandchildren, Ashley, Morgan, Jacob, and Molly. Services were held at Upperville United Methodist Church, 11 a. m. on March 1, 2016 with visitation starting at 10 a. m. Burial followed in the Ivy Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be sent to the Upperville United Methodist Church or Blue Ridge Hospice Family and friends can light a candle as a loving gesture for their loved one.
