She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fred Bailey and Goldie Viola May Bailey; and her siblings, Deward Hoke of Unionville and Tessie Farley of Unionville. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Wines; and her siblings, Willard Paul Bailey of Spotsylvania and Ann Knight of Orange. She is also survived by child of her siblings.
