She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Edward Higginbotham and Katie Morris Higginbotham; her husband Barry Nelson Parrish; and her brother Luther Higginbotham. She is survived by: her daughters, Katie P. Tyler (Wayne) of Waynesboro and Amy P. Taylor (Todd) of Troy; her brothers, Laymon Higginbotham and James Lee Higginbotham; and her grandchildren, Travis Scott Taylor and Callie Lynn Taylor. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
