He was predeceased by: his parents, Lossie Perdue Cook and Charles William Cook; and his siblings, Ed Cook and Virginia Siverling. He is survived by: his wife Ada Kathleen Cook; his children, Charles Cook (Wanda), Mark Cook (Rhonda), Jeffrey Cook, Glenys Gibson and Dawn Cook (Charles Robbins); his grandchildren, Casey King (Deke), Brock Cook (Jessica) and Jordan Gibson (Lynzee); his great grandchild Mikaela King; and his nephew Delbert Capps.
