It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Payne (Troy, Virginia), who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward Payne and Mary Ellen Payne; her husband William H. Payne (Willie); her son Prentiss Payne (Priny); and her granddaughter Becky Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, William Payne (Pat) of Charlottesville, Roger Payne (Jamie) of Troy and Janice Harlow of Palmyra; her daughter-in-law Eula Payne of Troy; her grandchildren, Tracy Casarez (David), Corey Payne, Abby Harlow, Chad Payne (Laura), Chase Payne, Jessica Payne, Jonathan Payne and Devin Watkins (Becky); and her great grandchildren, Kelsey Payne, Sean Casarez, Harper, Kendall, Rowan Payne and Junelle Payne. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
