She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Womack; and her parents, George Leonard and Gladys Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Womack, Shirley Widener, Barbara Kennemore (Dennis) and Paul Womack; and her close friend Petty Carroll. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
