He is survived by: his wife Mary Edwards; and his sons, John Micek (Denise) of Troutville, VA and Steven Micek (Jennifer) of Pfafftown, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
