Gibson Westmoreland; his children, Ted Carson Westmoreland, II (Amanda) of Greenville and Kimberly Elliott (James) of Moneta, Virginia; his stepdaughter Michelle Gill (Mark) of Troutville; his grandchildren, Ella Westmoreland, Ted Carson Westmoreland III and Casi West; and his siblings, Garnett F. Westmoreland, Jr. (Shirley) of Salem and Charlene Lester (Richard) of Salem.
