He is survived by: his children, Cheri Forrest, Kimberly Fowler, Casie Lloyd (Don) and Jerry S. Fowler; and his siblings, Laura Blough and Tommy Fowler (Sheila). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
