She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Roach and Mary Roach; her brother Ray Shelby Roach; and her husband Warren Simpson. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Reed Kearney (Chris Kearney); her grandsons, Patrick and Brian Kearney; her daughter Tambra Wrenn (Chris Wrenn); her granddaughter Jenna Wrenn; her son Damon Reed (Fawn Reed); her grandchildren, Caelen and Summer Reed; her great grandchild Michael Reed; her brother David Roach; her stepmother Cleo Roach; her stepchildren, Melinda Simpson and Steven Simpson (Helen Simpson); her stepgrandchildren, Ryan and Kendra Simpson; her stepson Dennis Simpson (Dierdre Whitford); her stepgranddaughters, Zoe and Raquel Whitford; and her stepdaughter Debbie Simpson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and precious friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration.
