He was predeceased by: his parents, Scherer and Virgie; his wife Virginia Graham Sutliff; and his siblings, Geneva Sutliff Kincer, Sonny and Jimmy Sutliff.
He is survived by: his son Frank; his daughter-in-law Julia Sutliff; his grandchildren, Logan Sutliff, Jessica Ferguson and Charissa Henegar; his great grandchild Gillian Hale; and his grandchildren, Bryce, Hunter Sutliff, Matt and Ryan Wirt.
