It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Moran (Troutville, Virginia), born in Fincastle, Virginia, who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wade and Susie Maryellen Myers Stanley; her husband Edgar E. Moran; her daughter Phyllis Minter; and her grandson Ronald Moran, II.
She is survived by: her children, Ron (Nadesna Moran), Joe (Sandra Moran), Marshall Minter of Vinton and Mary Moran of Troutville; her grandchildren, Michael, Danielle, Ashley, Haley, Ryan and Kevin; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Trail of Roanoke. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
