He is survived by: his daughter Teri Leigh Bailey; his significant other Susanna Kaye Mullins; his sisters, Evelyn Bailey Ward (Tony Ward) and Nancy Bailey Brown (Gary Brown); his nephew Clayton Ward (Christy Ward); his great-nephew Ian Michael Ward; his nephew Jason Ward; his niece Stephanie Cook (Adam Cook); his great-nephews, James Patrick Cook and Devin Dean; his close friend Don Young; and his pets, Sugar, Cindy and Madison.
