He is survived by: his wife Barbara Surface; his daughter Lexie; his son-in-law David Carey; his sons, Adam (Rebekah Surface) and Noah (Vickie Surface); his stepson Derrick Montgomery; his grandchildren, Keegan Montgomery, Raylan, Brinley Surface and Max Surface; his sister Bonnie; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Ferguson and Linda Surface.
