She is survived by: her husband Claude Samuel; and her nieces and nephews, Rod Smith (Lisa) of Christiansburg, Jeff Smith of Troutville, Adam Smith (Cassie) of Botetourt and Marisa Smith (Jimmy) of Daleville.
