She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond G. Ballard; and her parents, William Hall and Margaret Hall. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Ballard Greene (Byron III), Gordon Ray Ballard (Kristie) and Timothy Hall Ballard (Elly). She is also survived by four brothers; one sister; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
