Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Phillip leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gretchen Stewart Stubbs and Donald Ray Stubbs; and his brother Donald Ray Stubbs Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Frances Stubbs; his children, Julia Pazmino (Juan) of Arlington and Collin Stubbs of Triangle; and his siblings, Mark Stubbs (Samantha) of Jacksonville, NC and Tammy Jones (Kenny) of Front Royal.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Storke Funeral Home (11089 James Madison Pkwy, King George, VA 22485).
