He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Clement and Kathleen Clement; his siblings, David Clement and Kathy Ebding; and his nephew Zechariah Clement.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica and Steven Clement; the mother of his children Virginia Caldwell; his sisters, Judy Bowie (Byron) and Christina Hogsett; his grandsons, Jordan and Jiovanni; his great grandchild Jianna; his brother-in-law Marty Ebding; his nieces, Tiffany and Bobbi; and his close friend Jimmy Thomas. He is also survived by his family and the countless friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at 18035 Dumfries Shopping Plaza, Dumfries, VA 22026.
