He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Waller and Nannie Mae Waller; his children, Neal E. Waller (Barbra L. Waller) of Fredericksburg, VA, Samantha L. Waller (Alex B. Heard) of Stafford, VA and Anna M. Ramos (Miguel Ramos) of Temple, TX; his brother Larry Waller (Patty Waller) of Waldorf, MD; his grandchildren, Nicholas Waller (Brandi Waller), Amber Bowers (Rob Bowers), Angela Frye, Sharlatte White, Teresa Culhane, Alicia Hopkins (Steaphan Hopkins), James Ashley III, Amanda Waller and Christopher Ashley; his wife Laura E. Botts Waller; his daughter Belinda L. Waller; his sister Dottie Tench; and his close friend Irene Kime. He was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in honor of Neal.
