It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julliette A. Brooks (Triangle, Virginia), who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Acey and Addie Ruth Acey; her siblings, Billie M. Borden, George B. Acey and Jessie Ruth Acey; her son Carlos Vene Brooks; and her great grandchild Michael L. Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Brooks; her daughters, Audrey J. Vidal (Carlos) of Montclair, VA, Felicia Jackson Beach of Virginia, Freida Johnson Qatar, Christina Brooks (Michael), Grace Berger (Dave), Vilsek Germany, Olibias Brastianou and Jaegersburg Germany; her sister Betty Alexander Winston (Reginald); and her grandchildren, Vance S. Pawielski (Jennifer), Christina N. Brooks-Anderson (Fred), Kiesha Johnson, Julian Vidal (Cherylynn), Marcus Johnson, William Jackson (Amber), Victoria Nagatani (Yoshio), Jonathan Jackson, Shannon Berger, Niko Brastianou, Hazel, Stacey, Destiny, Ralynne, Aubrey, Bella, Fred, Camryn, Curaun, Rasean, Phyllis, Mia, Little Julian, Laylah, Amyrah and Hailey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other adopted relatives as well as many friends.
