He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bazey and Mae Bazey (Clark); and his siblings, Johanna Peterson, Elaine Ostenson and George Bazey.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bazey (Orndorff); his children, Karen Merten (John) of Berryville, VA and Larry Bazey (Rhonda) of Huntingtown, Maryland; his grandchildren, Justin, Joey, Josh, Cori and Alli; his great grandchildren, Emma, Wyatt and Grady; his siblings, Leonard, John, Ernest, Richard Bazey, Shirley LaMere and Marie Bazey; and his children, Almas Temple and Washington D. C..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to charities of choice or to Shriners Hospital for Children, care of Almas Temple, 1315 K St. NW, Washington D.C., 20005.
