It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Sawyer (Triangle, Virginia), who passed away on March 5, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jerard Jones of Moultrie, GA and Shariska Jones King of Moultrie, GA; and his siblings, Charles Jones, James Sawyer, Jr., Bayboro, Alonza Sawyer, Merritt, Eugene Sawyer, Maribel, Frances Crowder of Brooklyn, NY, Mamie Sutton, Culpeper and Mary Atkinson. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
