He is survived by: his parents, Helen Potteiger Barnett and Reuben Barnett; his spouse Taya Barnett; his children, Brant Charles Barnett and Taya Renee Barnett; and his siblings, Virginia Bickta, Evelyn Swalm and Richard Barnett. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
