She is survived by: her husband Kelvin L. Howard; her children, Gregory L. Walker, Kevin J. Walker and Keyanya N. Walker; her siblings, Gail Buckner of Maryland, Joanne Ferguson of Mississippi, Helen Shah of Stafford, Wayne Walker of Stafford, Terri Bumbrey of Stafford and Lisa Reid of Caroline County; her mother-in-law Naomi Howard; her uncle Bobby Brown of Maryland; and her brothers-in-law, Lawrence Shah of Stafford, Ian Reid of Caroline County, Ray Howard of Woodbridge and Harvey Howard, Jr. of Woodbridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
