She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Lee Singleton and Johnny Griffin. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Buffington; her children, Jesse Demby (Kalima) and Victoria Buffington; and her siblings, Darren Singleton (Cathy Singleton), Paul Singleton (Kathy Singleton), Charlotte Ousley (Alfred) and Brenda Singleton. She is also survived by three granddaughters; four grandsons; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Star of Bethlehem (19068 Bethlehem Church Rd, Triangle, VA 22172). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery (18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA 22172).
