He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Victor Patty, Sr. and Clothilda "Maizie" Ross; and his siblings, Kenrick Ross, Noel Ross and Kenneth Patty.
He is survived by: his siblings, Claude Ross (Martha) and Patricia Jackson; his children, Tijuana Patty Klas (Brian), Shara Patty Darden, Shane Patty (Valencia), Cheyenne Patty (Danielle) and Brandan Patty; his grandchildren, Chelsie Cameron, Tyus Washington, Noah Darden, Cameron Patty, Naviere Patty, Cheyenne Patty, Chandler Patty, Sophia Darden, Chaylen Patty, Chy Patty, Charlie Patty, Parker Klas, Shadow Patty and Gabriel Patty; and his great grandchildren, Logan Laidlow and Lei'Lani Laidlow. He is also survived by family members including nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends.
