He was predeceased by: his father Frank J. Etz III; and his grandparents, Carlton A. Smith, Hattie Williams Smith, Frank J. Etz, Jr. and Sadie Moore Etz.
He is survived by: his mother Debbie Smith Etz of Capeville; his sister Lori Etz Mears (Allen) of Painter, VA; his niece Ashlyn Mears of Painter; and his aunts, Betty Martin (Harry) of Onancock, VA, Sandra Walters (Donnie) of Exmore, VA, Elizabeth Ann Porter of Harrington, DE and Robin Stephenson (Bob) of Felton, DE.
