She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Allen and Mildred Irene Mosley Welch. She is survived by: her close friend Patricia Ann Orndorff; her siblings, Mary Sparks (Raymond) of Buchanan, Virginia, Pat Johns of Buchanan, Virginia, Gayle Welch (Diane) of Buchanan, Virginia and Jimmy Welch (Betty) of Buchanan, Virginia; and her pets, Daisy and Bella. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
