She was predeceased by: her parents, John David and Mildred Rebecca White Warren; and her husband Richard Frederick Carbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Richard F. Carbaugh, II, Teresa L. Carbaugh and Tracie L. Carbaugh; and her grandson Adam R. Carbaugh.
