With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Ann Fravel Whittington (Toms Brook, Virginia), born in Woodstock, Virginia, who passed away on March 9, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merville E. Fravel and Flora Ryman Fravel; her husband Ralph Franklin "Frankie" Whittington; and her sister Imogene Jones. She is survived by: her son Charles T. Whittington (B. J.) of Toms Brook; her brother Thomas Fravel of Oregon; her granddaughter Beth C. Ray (Josh) of Woodstock; and her great grandchildren, Taylor N. Ray and Brooke A. Ray.
