He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Edward and Drema Joyce Moran McMinn; his children, Carl McMinn and Rachael Neff (Joel); his grandchildren, Carmella McMinn, Malakhi Neff, Dadrian Neff, Dontae Neff and Robert McMinn; his sisters, Tammy McMinn and Glenda Selvage (Monk); his close friends, Dexter, Donna Mumaw and Pastor Katie; and the mother of his children Lori Conrad. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
The family suggest that in lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy be in the form of memorial.
