She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fogle and Ruth Bowers Fogle; her husband John; her son Carl Felts; and her siblings, Anna Coffman, Frank Fogle, Jr. and Calvin Fogle.
She is survived by: her close friend Marie Neff; and her brother-in-law Clayton Smoot (Peggy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
